It looks cool from afar and the grip is very helpful for a better control. The down side is that it seems to be made of a very cheap plastic, and you can tell by touching and looking closer. It should be cheaper for what it is, I'll just keep it because I could not find a similar knob but better built.

I wanted to replace the knobs on my 2000 Ibanez as120 with these sure grips. I compared them with the original ones on my 1984 as80 and yes they are the same in look and feel. Needless to say that the rubber ring is very effective ; it really ensures that you have sufficient grip on the knob even when you use your little finger. great stuff - a tiny bit expensive though!

Love this. I used it to replace a standard knob on my Ibanez. I love the numbering which shows you the level you are at and also the grip is fantastic. It fits very sturdily bu pushing it onto the pot (it is not a screw-in type of knob). It looks great and is certainly an aesthetic and functional upgrade to the guitar.
