Richter Beavers Tail Cayman Brown

Used for my tele guitar as i found a cloth/fabric strap did not give me the comfort. Pro: very good leather, width makes it fit over he shoulder nicely, under strap padding makes it comfy. Con: thickness of leather can make slipping it on on the strap buttons a bit of a struggle, although on teles you wont need a strap lock fittings - once strap is on its not going to come off! Thickness of leather means you can only roll the strap, but it wont fold flat to put in a guitar case. would recommend this to others.

This strap is pretty expensive. Don't have a problem paying for a decent quality product. However, the tail of the trap is at least 9 inches too short. I cannot adjust this strap to a length suitable to use with my acoustic guitar and I am by no means a giant. I own another Richter strap. The tail of that one is plenty long. Plus, the body of that strap is easily six inches longer than this one. What is laughable is that there are ten adjustment slots cut into the main strap above where the tail connects. I am really disappointed.

Ob nun dieser Gurt die "ultimative Waffe" unter den Gitarren/Bass-Gurten ist...???
Den Gurt hab ich mir für einen neuen Bass gegönnt. Bin immer noch etwas hin und her gerissen, ob nun die Polsterung besser als bei den Springbreak Modellen ist. Das wird sich nach einem 3 Stunden Liveauftritt zeigen, wenn der Gurt mal wirklich "durchgeschwitzt" ist.
Der Gurt ist im Vergleich recht schwer, das fällt aber bei den meisten Bässen nicht mehr wirklich ins Gewicht.
Die Verarbeitung und das Material ist ohne jeden Markel und absolut hochwertig. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach OK.
Ob ich mir den Gurt nochmal kaufen würde, kann ich erst in einem Jahr sagen, wenn er ein paar Live Einsätze hinter sich hat.
Selbst wenn der "Beavers Tail"... ein Einzelstück in der Sammlung bleiben sollte, ein Richter Gurt wird es ganz bestimmt wieder.
Hier stimmt definitiv die Qualität von Material und Verarbeitung.

Fazit: Wer mit seinem Gurt ein Statement setzen möchte, evtl. ein schweres Instrument damit tragen möchte und auf Qualität und hochwertige Materailien wert legt, wird von diesem Gurt nicht enttäuscht sein!
