I've been using and making my own variety of cables using Sommer for 20 years now and still use many of my originals (always with Neutrik connectors). This Highflex mic cable has excellent handling and a flexibility that's a pleasure to work with when rolling up the cables. Sound quality is tops and I use these live and in the studio.

My favourite cable

I like the "flex" and the outer texture of this cable. Since I first bought it, I did not buy any other cable. I use it for microphone cable and guitar cables. The cables are quite durable, in the many years, I never had any issue.
I also love that several colors are available, good to find your cables at the end of a gig or quick check correct routing. Black is common, yellow gets dirty quite quickly, red is a good compromise: not too shiny, doesn't get too dirty.

Nice and flexible without being annoying

Got 3 different colors of this cable for vocal mics to be a bit more fun and also visible in the dark from further away.
Love everything about them and so do all the vocalists that used them, general feeling, handling, ease of winding up and also nothing to say about quality as usual both from Sommer Cable to Thomann customer service!
