these screws are great quality - the gold matches the schaller gold color perfectly! also, if you have HIGH humbucker rings, this is the required size! dont buy the short ones and be stuck :)

Vorsicht bei der Montage

Die Schraubenköpfe sind weich, allerdigs fehlt mir ein Vergleich zu anderen Anbieter. Diese hier sind dicker als meine (Ibanez) waren. Also habe ich erst einmal versucht, ohne PU-Frame, die Schraube in den Erlenbody reinzudrehen (unbedingt einen guten passenden Schraubendreher verwenden).

Ich merkte bald, was ich schon vermutet hatte, dass man da aufbohren muss, da sonst der Kreuzschlitz des Schraubenkopfes sich verabschieden würde und richtig hässlich aussehen wird. Das ist nicht das Ziel bei Goldhardware. Ich habe auf 2mm aufgebohrt, die Schrauben ließen sich gut eindrehen, die Köpfe sehen tadellos aus und Alles sitzt richtig gut fest.

Bei einer Angabe des Schraubendurchmesser oder empfohlene Kernlochbohrung hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben.
