I got these for my made in US acoustasonic fender stratocaster, installing these was easy, it's been almost a year since I installed the power pins and I've had no issues or complaints.

they do the opposite of what they supposed to do

They don't work and they actually reduce the power and tone of your guitar. I did extensive tests, some of which you can find on the GCH Guitar Academy YouTube channel. They lift the anchor point of the strings so they reduce the brake point on the saddle and therefore the amount of pressure the strings put on the saddle. By reducing the pressure the strings put on the saddles you reduce the transmission of sound into the guitar body. I did before and after tests and can confirm THEY DON'T WORK.
