Bought these timbales for rhythmical lessons with children.
Drums sounds and looks good, the workmanship is good.
Sticks are so-so, better to buy other. Cowbell nice.
Stand is not bad, but memory lock made from silumin.
A good choice for the Amateur, but for professional music making, it is better to choose something other.

Surprisingly good for the money

I was very taken back of how well it was built for the money I paid. I expected a piece of junk in honesty ... but I was just starting out so I didn't care too much. My instructor was also happy with what I had bought.
Tone was great, and really can't think of a bad thing to say about it for this money.

Ich habe mir die Timbales nur zum üben gekauft. Als ich sie aufgebaut hatte und stimmen wollte, war ich schon enttäuscht. Die Stimmschrauben drehen sich in ihrer Halterung mit, so dass präzises Stimmen fast unmöglich ist. Hat man es dann doch irgendwie geschafft, klingen sie der Preisklasse entsprechend mittelmäßig.

Den Ständer baut man lieber nur einmal auf. Man kann über ein Scharnier die Timbales anschrägen, was bei dieser Konstruktion leider auch bedeutet, dass man Sie nicht wagerecht einstellen kann... es gibt nur Stellungen vor oder nach wagerecht. Die Aufhängung für die eigentlichen Trommeln macht keinen soliden Eindruck. Die Glocke klingt wie eine abgedämpfte Glocke, auch hier macht die Halterung keinen guten Eindruck. Ich hatte schon überlegt, das Set wieder zurück zu geben. Da ich für den Preis leider nicht mal was gebrauchtes bekommen habe, habe ich sie behalten und werde sie wirklich nur zum üben benutzen.
